BACKGROUND: Earls requested a build of  “digital workflows” to better serve (faster, easier, on-demand) its customers.

PROBLEM IDENTIFIED: Earls employees were servicing its customers inefficiently through various disconnected systems.

SOLUTION CREATED: A holistic Service platform, hosted in the cloud and featuring a back-end centralized data hub for employees to input data (prices, descriptions, names, nutritional information, photography, +more) and a front-end mobile-first website where customers can find their answers, on demand.
